Alibi you hit the first part of the ans right do not anticogulate,,,the diagnosis is schistosomia mansoni infestation resulting in transverse myelitis.this is endemic in putero rico and locations in south america....

what is to be coagulated in the spinal cord? What arteries? spinal arteries?
ericz, I believe that any spinal injury needs steroid. Even a trauma.
