You pay the fee, upload your documents according to the checklist in OASIS, and get your TPL to upload signed contract. Then wait for approval and for DS-2019 to be sent to TPL who then mails it to you so you can enter US.

While sheduling app for interview it ask for sevis number and exchange number. Ihave sevis number but what about exchange number? What does it means. Any help
