I did offline nbme 4 and scored 147 out of 184, can any one help me in telling how much this score is equivalent to three digit CK score

Take the correct % and multiply by 1.37 or 1.4. That will give your 3 digit estimated score. That is how I saw others doing. Hope it helps.
