CS score recheck .. no feedback - blues6677

hello guys .. i already sent a mail (Form 265 & 900) for usmle in regarding to recheck my usmle CS score, i sent it 1 month after my result releasing date (which was 29/1) ... although its written on the site that it usually takes about 4-6 weeks for the recheck processes, however its now 3 months from the time of my mail and i have no feedback. although i check my bank account and they take the 80$ which is the recheck fees ...

Do you have any idea how i can contact them about that or what to do?
