Extracellular cleavage and problem with crosslinking??
Lysil Oxidase and Cu+ deficinet for reinforcing the collagen fibrils.
Since there are many terminal disulfide bonds are seen-in the question stem. I went with the cleavage.

i think it is E:
tripe helix if formed and disulfide bonds are formed within the fibers at the end of the fibers, in fibroblast RER, after this pro collagen is secreted outside the fibroblast. once outside the fibroblast the pro peptides are being cleaved by proteases and tropocollagen is formed, then lysil oxidase comes in(which needs Cu) and oxidizes hydroxylated lysisl residues and collagen fibers are formed...
in this person it looks like Answer E bc in the stem of the question it says- "abundant terminal disulfide bonds"
