How do you differentiate the two? they sound very similar.

denial:the person will not accept the fact.they dont beleive its true.ex:when terminal diseases are newly diagnosed the person will not beleive it.

fantasy:the person thinks of something that is impossible.ex:when a mom thinks that her son whose leg has been amputated plays football in future.but she does know the fact that he is amputated.
