why they sent us messages to upload all documents by sept 1st if its not going to be available from 29-1sept??? weird!!!

Not weird since it is going to be a long weekend given that Monday 09/01 is a federal holiday in the US. So, I guess they don't want to have an accumulation of work for Tuesday when they are back.

I log in few minutes ago. My understanding is that the website will be available irrespective of labor day holiday in the US. Perhaps, that was why they carried out maintenance ahead since they will not be available on monday to address any issue that may arise. They are aware that its going be a busy weekend for uploading.
