You have to dig through each program's website and see what the requirements are regarding step attempts, years since graduation, Visa sponsorship, etc... No one knows your situation better than you.
Also, look at current residents and their schools.
I generally avoided places with no IMG, FMG, or minority residents.
Personally, it seems a truly exceptional IMG/FMG residency search service (getting results) wouldn't need to advertise.
