Hi all. I matched there too but in surgery. Do you guys know any thing about obtaining a graduate license for the state of PA. It says on the conemaugh website that you need to be eligible for this license. Where can we download the form?

Hi I matched to IM. Yes we need license before we apply for a visa. Hospital is going to send you the documents which you need to fill up and send to your medical school in your country. the procedure will be in the packet which you get from the hospital.

Hi mcgrath. Do you know how strict the PA board is on the 72 weeks of clincal rotation. My school has a integrated curriculm with clincals and didactics during the first 3 years and the final year is pure clincal (52 weeks). I read on the PA state law that waivers can be granted for applicants with appropriate techical skills and educational background. Do you know strict the PA board is granting this license? Thanks.
