i have a room for rent for 1.5 mths in brooklyn, new york. let me know if anyone is interested. the other room guy lives, so this room iam renting is best for a guy. thank

here is the thing. the house is a 3 floor house. the first floor is a 1 bedroom, 1 hall, 1 bath. In the hall, guy lives in. My room is rent only for 1.5 months( or max 2 months may be), the rent is $500/month (gas and water is included) plus utilities you have to pay which is electricity only. So for 1.5 months it is $750 plus electricity. Single rooms here run at $600 but I am giving it for for less as you can see. I am renting because I have an externship to attend for 1.5 months and I will be back here after that. The house is clean and no bed bugs issues. This was important for me and it is hard to find houses clean with no issues. This is not a apartment but a house. you can email me if you are serious only to vijidoc62 |
