Has anyone received testing accomodations for their attention-deficit disorder? I have to write a personal statement about it and need some advice. Thanks

I'm planning on taking step 3 in Feb. I have to write a personal statement along with the application for accomodation toUSMLE/FSMB. I'm not talking about the PS for residency. Did you have to write a PS when requesting testing accomodations?
