Thanks tardis4242 for sharing the helpful resources. I've had personal experience with http://www.residencymatters.com while preparing for my residency interview. They were very helpful in getting me over my initial fear of saying the wrong things answering the usual questions that look easy on the surface but are critical to answer right.

What made the difference in my case was tireless preparation for the few interviews I got and then proper follow up after the interviews. Hope that helps and good luck to all who are on their journey to residency spot!!
