Hello.
Listening Kaplan pharm, I got a question.(Actually, although teacher explained the issue, i couldn't understand it.)

if lowering blood pressure, reflex tachycardia is provoked.
Reflex tachycardia induces more hard work in heart. and more hard work needs more oxygen demand. In angina pt. with HTN(HTN is one of risk factors of MI), can doctors use blood pressure lowering drug?
