What if you have done all steps (1,2,cs,3) within 7 or 10 years , but has passed that 7/10 years by the time you apply for th e residency?? What did the state boards or programs say?? As I have seen several friends in that situation.
Thanks!

@rkus: you are ecfmg certified which means that you are able to match normally. You will need to retake your exams when you apply for full licensure after residency if the state you apply to doesn't waive the requirement or something else, you cant retake exams with ecfmg cert and no residency. Just apply to residency with your old scores and retake them after residency if you have to.

Essentially you are in catch 22 you want to retake steps to get a residency but you can't retake the steps without finishing residency! Bizarre
