what are the chances for getting into cat surgery after a prelim . i have matched for a prelim please give valuable advice . any info on programs that take this into consideration for cat spot. 96/99/84 need visa

DEAR FRIENDS;

i have a problem that is how it is possble that i should get pgy1(p) in surgery? programs say you should have pgy2 before you apply for pgy1........... can u pls help me in this matter
