pa state license copy - monu

hi....
can anyone tell me that PA state license once issued, whether a copy or in original is sent to the applicant . my lawyer asked me for a copy of my license for H1 filing. I know that my license has been issued,b'coz i checked the details at the PA state medical board website, but I have not received it in person. how can i get the copy of my temporary medical license...anybody who knows........please shed some light

how long did it take?
also graduation date is the one mentioned(issuing date) on med diploma irrespective of true date?
dates of attendence includes internship?
