please can anybody help me. while solving questions in kaplan q bank it gets stuck up and then i have to suspend and then resume the test.its happening 10 times in one test. what shud i do?

Kaplan never gives any money back. Do what you can but they dont give the money back. They can extend the eligibilty time or give you any promotions but never the money.

i too had the same problem... also my test analysis was not opening up. was locked. did not bother to report to them as it would be a waste of time.

i think these type of institutions should be taken to the custody.
We are paying a lot of money & they just take it so lightly ........as if we went to use their Qbank because we have lots of money & leisure times
