Every program that iam contacting are saying that they offer observership in Fall. Does anyone know if anyone offers them during May-September. I feel fall would you useless cuz you cant enter those in the application

@jungle001: Fall is better than January. All observerships are filled early early on even before you know if you matched or not. I would take fall. Even if you didn't apply to that program, you can apply late to that program and they will offer you an interview. It has happened to many people.

Observerships are great way to make contacts and score interviews. They are not really USCE, so even if you don't have a chance to enter that in your Eras application, its okay. You learn and get a great experience out of it!
