Can anyone simply elaborate the process of getting limited registration with medical board of Michigan in simple language. I dint get the fingerprint portion clearly.

hi ahmad,

are you in the US or in another country?

if you are in another country:

1) have yourself fingerprinted in a local agency which does it (Police or NBI). it should be done in a fingerprint card.

2) then make a bank draft for $62.75 (if i remember it right). payable to MorphoTrustUSA

3) then fillout the form which came from michigan board. (page11)

send all of these 3 to morphotrust USA. the address is in the michigan state license info sheet.
