she is smoker since 50 yrs ,isit not d riskfactor ?as smoking is d main cause for osteoporosis as it deceases the bone density?

Decreased BMD is due to her old age as ostrogen decreases after menopause.somking is independent of BMD.as smoking is one of major cause of osteoporesis which is BMD independent.thus, d is the best answer.
