I am IMG did my residency in my country and board certified in pediatrics.
under training I mention the residency,
under work experience I mention residency again cause it was paid? or just mention work experience after residency? thanks

if you practiced as an attending physician you would put it under work experience

do not be redundant in your application

In the U.S. generally called attending.

Put whatever the job title was according to your human resources department / what your LoRs might say

Programs understand what a consultant physician is etc
