Step 3 pass score 77 at first attempt 2012.

EAD,worked as a Crisis worker in Psych. In a community hospital for 1 and half years,Had 6 weeks didactic class in Psych in one of the US community hospitals.
Observed opc Psych. Attendant in the US,Got 3 LORS from US doctors
YoG 2004, Will join research in sleep study this month in University Hospital.
What are my chances in Psych? Is it advisable to apply for Transitional year
