How accurate is NBME 7 for CK?

I got 229 and I am almost having a heart attack. I did UWSA 1 months ago and got 258

Please share your experience

Nbme 7 under predicts 15-20 ( cant be precise ) but I think u r ready..

When is your exam?
In my opinion u should be in a good position.
Can u please tell how "hard" was nbme 7? Were there many new concepts??
