Hi, I've cleared my step1,2 and CS but don't have any U.S. Experience. I am currently searching for some observerships to add to my experience (even though I know it's not real us clinical experience). My Q is can this be added later to the application after we submit it? Any responses plz, thnx.

No it cannot. Once you submit it cannot be modified

Moreover, USCE in whatever form means much less without an LoR

Meaning that the point is if you have 4 months of USCE it's meaningless if you don't have a few LoRs from those experiences
