19 YO girl with persistent head aches which wax and wane and are worst in the am, weight gain, sound of heart beat in ears when ying down in quite room. most likely diagnosis will be best supported by the presence of what
a ankle clonus
b intranuclear ophthalmoplegia
c loss of sensation to vibation in lower extemity
d papilledema
e unilat dialated pupil.

any persistent HA need to rule out space occupying tumor. first thing you do in the physicals is check papilledema. if it is positive, then you support your suspicions. then you order CT to confirm.
