b intranuclear ophthalmoplegia
c loss of sensation to vibation in lower extemity
d papilledema
e unilat dialated pupil.

any persistent HA need to rule out space occupying tumor. first thing you do in the physicals is check papilledema. if it is positive, then you support your suspicions. then you order CT to confirm.

so the answer is d.
