if a program sponsors visa - trysomcruz12

Hi , Does anyone know if Univ of Arkansas - Pine bluff program sponsor any visas? Their website says they dont but it seems that it is not updated (it says accepting 2013 applicants,2 digit USMLE score). FREIDA also says they dont but I noticed a few residents that were based abroad.
Would appreciate if someone has first-hand knowledge on the program. I Have tried contacting the program as well but no answer yet.

I see what you are saying , perhaps that's a new policy not to sponsor visas.
