I know I shouldve done it from the beggining (money was low) but now im curious as to wether or not other programs would interview me. Is it worth to add more programs now?

Call the programs that you would like to apply and ask them if they still accepting application.

It probably depends on the specialty, but I know on some of the family medicine websites it says preference is given to applications sent before November 1st. Check the websites of the programs that you are interested in. Also check FREIDA to see when application cut off dates are.
