Atelectasis coz 85% oxygen sat. R sided shift, dulness, absent breath sounds...imp after surgery..

IT IS A CASE OF ATELECTASIS AND WHEN THERE WILL BE ATELACTASIS IN RT SISDE THERE WILL BE A SPACE CREATED IN RIGHT SIDE ABD LEFT STRUCTURE PUSH THE LUNG AND COME TO MORE TOWARDS RIGHTSIDE.

Atelectasis is an important post operative Cx within the first 24hr.
