You mean you're concerned for possibility of having more pathology or what ?
All I know from the USMLE messages and letters is their considering to make changes to reflect the difficulty level...

Too many FMG/IMG must be passing the exam and getting residencies.

So in 2016 will there be less biostatistics, epi, and other stuff, yes? So the exam is less difficult perhaps but to compensate the minimum passing score increases? I gotta check out the sample items from usmle website
