An otherwise healthy 70yr old woman presents with peeling scaling and cracking of rt nipple for 2 months, breast examination shows no masses and mammogram shows no masses or calcification. What is the diagnosis

Eczema
Pagets disease
Inflammatory carcinoma
Mastitis
Intraductal papiloma
Lactiferous fistula

How we differentiate pagets from eczema as both presents same, and also this woman does not have any mass and calcification ?

eczema doesn't only appear on R breast (as in this pt), it appears on many parts of the body especially on extremities, also another point this pt is elderly....
