Hi, I am working in the health care field in a very small role and I am not making much money (no thanks to ovomit either) and I've got family and kids to take care off. What are the options for better paying jobs in this industry? I am 50+ and so please do not tell me to go to college as that is not possible. Thanks. Appreciate any help and ideas, I am am struggling!
