A. B-Blocker is the ans per source

In the peri-infarct period, asymptomatic nonsustained ventricular tachycardia (VT) and premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) should not be treated with anti-arrhythmic therapy because this has been associated with increased mortality. Nonsustained VT in the first 24 hours after an infarct tends to be transient and benign. A ß-blocker is a good choice given the recent infarct and may also help control the ventricular ectopy

THANKS APRIL FOR YOUR NICE Q. --NONSUSTAINED VT TREATMENT WITH ANTIARRATHMIC CAN DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD, BETA BLOCKER IS A BETTER CHOICE.
