If the interviews were only for categorical positions, should I rank the categoricals only or both categoricals and preliminaries?!

This is my question too... I do not know what to rank...

If you have not applied to the prelim program, do not rank them, because they are for those with advanced positions (like derm, anthe, opthmal, you cannot compete them) . And they will not take you anyway
