like hempath said, cardiology is too easy to get, people back home will laugh at you that why you came USA and did so easy thing. try FM instead.

none are easy to get. IM is most IMG-friendly I believe. FM is wrongly seen as IMG-friendly...most of the FM programs are staffed by whites and don't even sponsor any visa!
