If it can wait, I will email it to you later in the evening. I have it on an external drive which I don't have with me.

While it is a great resource I do not recommend reading it all. Just areas you need weak in. Most is adequately covered in BRS.

I feel the same way about books - I prefer them to small review sources. I just meant you shouldn't read the whole thing if you are crunched for time. But it is really the best* relatively small physio book as far as USMLE is concerned.

i will recommend you to read cardio and respiratory and endo from brs. just pay attention to the graphs. the other ones are low yield and fa is enough
