many of my friends with good scores and experience managed to get 10plus calls ,but none of them got matched in psychiatry.
what exactly are PD looking for in psych applicant ?

family and IM is better route, don't lose hope.
More opportunities in family. Plus you'll have better chances in terms of specializing.

Psych you'll need strong rotations, not just 1 but several. Also they dig into your sincere interest like research and having good Lors.
One of my good friends who didn't pass step 1 and cs, got into psych. He had good research and good lors

i have my scores in 220s, i dont have enough time. will be able to amanage 2 months of usce max. will that do?
