--CARCINOID SYNDROME IS MY ANSWER--REDNESS. DIAARHEA AND SIGNS OF DEHYDRATION
COULD BE CATACHOLAMINE OF PHEAOCHROMOCYTOMA BUT THAT DONOT CAUSE DIARRHEA AND THERE IS NO HEADACHE TOO.
GASTRINOMA CAUSE ALL BUT NOT REDNESS--
PANCREATIC CA CAUSE WEIGHT LOSS/ JAUNDICE ANOREXIA
VIPOMAS CAN CAUSE ALL BUT NOT REDNESS --
BUT I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE WHETHER THERE IS ABDOMINAL CRAMP IN CARCINOID OR NOT ALTHOUGH I THINK THERE IS.

4-carcinoid syndrome (in which there is cutaneous redness, abdominal cramps, and diarrhea caused by metastatic intestinal carcinoid tumors)
