A.Amiodarone.

Suspected MI pt may experienced several types of arrythmia.....including VT/VF......though here rate is not adequate for VT(140-200bpm needed).

Choice should be Cardioselective Beta Blocker(Esmolol/Metoprolol).......not Propranolol.
Amiodarone is a drug can work on all phases of impulse generation..so i think i will be the perfect choice for the time being.
