--the key of the question is mixed venous oxygen content and we have to find out that--
the hypotension and pcwp go in favour of hypotensive shock but not mixed venous o2--i suppose---not sure
but mixed venous oxygen is incresed in septic shock ? and it could be septic shock --but in warm stage of septic shock cardiac output should be increased.?
anyway i will go for septic shock --cannot abandon it

What is the normal VO2 and how would it be in all the conditions listed?
