In med school, I remember my orthopedics dr saying that sitting on a chair with your abdomen protuding (sitting with ur butt slighty foward than your upper body) causes less strain on your back rather than sitting upright 90 degrees.
Does anyone know the theory behind this? Can somebody explain?
