I picked B....but others seem to be saying E....? - angela64

A 26 year old man with a 15 year history of type 1 diabetes mellitus has proteinuria. a photomicrograph of tissue obtained on renal biopsy is shown. which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
A. chronic glomerulonephritis
B. focal segmental glomerulosclerosis
C. membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis
D. membranous glomerulonephritis
E. nodular glomerulosclerosis

I picked B....but others seem to be saying E....i don't understand, can someone explain?

I could be wrong since I dont have the whole information and anyone feel free to correct me, but it seems like Kimmelstiel-Wilson lesion ( DM ) which is why E.
