Guys who knows the latest date I can send my application for residency. I know it depends on program but the latest ones. Especially interested in surgery. Thanks.

this is absolutely program-specific. for surgery, most programs have deadlines as early as end of october/early november, with some having deadlines as late as end of january/early february.

two things:
1) the later you apply, to lower your chances.
2) most programs have deadlines in early november.
