can we make an j1 visa appoint w/out ds2019 - muskan

Hi all,

I wanted to know if it is possible to schedule an apointment at bombay consulate without having a ds 2019. Some says yes and some says no, anyone who has scheduled an appointment without ds2019 or anyone who tried to schedule an appointment and not able to do so without ds2019 pls respond as dates are filling fast.

You should have a DS 2019 with you before booking an appointment.
