#1
I'm so lost when I get ECG questions. Where am I supposed to start 1st? Which lead line I should look at first, V1-V2, v3-v4, v5-v6, avL?? I get all my questions with ECG wrong. I watched videos & learned it before, but today I don't remember anything. So frustrated...

Anyone have easy steps or tricks for ECG questions? Please, help ...

Good video. Write down this algorithm.

Before starting think about presentation and what you want to find
if chest pain look at ST segment -differentiate MI, Pericarditis
if tachycardia- look at P wave if present before QRS-SinusTachy. if absent SVT. No P waves and isoelectric Afib. Look at QRS if abnormal and absent P think about VT and VF.
Bradycardia -differentiate Sinus and Av block.

Memorize algorithm
