do u need all step results before applying ,if not when can u submit them and will it affect u r chances of iv calls

shelem you don't need the score to submit the application but I'm not sure how this can affect the chances, anyway I think if better have everything ready for September 15

I will just have my step 1 and CK ready by september and CS will come out in October . As couple of friends who already matched said chances will be low but there is no harm in applying and moment CS result come we can update them.
