Regarding LORs - 7th_dance

Hi all, I have heard people say that one of the LORs must be from the medical School we went to. But on the other hand there are lot of people around us who went to med schools abroad a long time ago and now dont have a lot of contact with the faculty. If we can get 3 good LORs from the US, is it necessary that we should still keep one extra from the med school we went to?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hello. LORs from USA are much better than LORs from out of USA.

Hi Eras2017, Thank you replying. What do you think about keeping one LOR from the med school we went to. I am an old graduate from Nepal that went to China for Med school and Now I dont have any contact with the faculty there. Should I MUST keep one LOR from the faculty there? Is it absolutely necessary?
