A 45 yr old African American man comes to the office because of pruritic papules oh his penis for over 1 month. The patient describes himself as "typical male who sleeps around" but states he always wears a condom and denies ever having genital warts before. He also vehement denies giving or receiving oral sex and cannot imagine how he got the "white spots"' and his mouth or on his penis for that matter. He has no other medical problems to date. Physical exam shows multiple papules on his penis, white lacy streaks on his buccal mucosa and papules on his writs and shins.
