Now that i have enjoyed my time after passing I will tell you guys about my experience.
Started studying seriously in October/ November 2017. Test date was April 1 and 6.
I used USMLE world, UWSA 1 (10 days before real exam- 185) and UWSA 2( 3 days before real exam-207).
I also used my notes from MTB3 when i was studying in 2016, but didnt take it that year.
I used old kaplan lecture videos once. and old kaplan Qbank(900 questions).
1 month before my exam i started with MKSAP questions. I did not do any nbme questions.
CCS: i used only UWORLD and 2 weeks before exam i started using ARCHER CCS videos. and practice on uworld and FRED software.
MAINLY i think focus on uworld and try to find some step 1 material online( i used step 1 uworld objectives pdf and uworld step1 charts and tables pdf i found online). i initially tried to use kaplan lecture notes for step3 but did not get very far into it, so stuck with uworld. I also did some onlinmeded youtube videos.
Passed with 210! i think CCS is very important as i did very well on that and also DAY 1 was very big for biostats. for 2 days before exam i only focused on biostats. i used online youtube video and just uworld and trying to find as many practice questions as i could.)
Good luck to everyone.
