Guys keep it simple

1.read Master the boards
2.Do the Uworld Q bank at least 2 times
3.Do all the CCS cases (I did it 2 weeks before the exam and it worked)
4.Study a lot of biostatistics the last few weeks before the exam (The first day is full of this questions)
5. Take every break, is a long exam you are going to need it.
6. Take your time with every question, if not sure marked and go back if you have time to review it. Sometimes you just have to read the question better.

and to answer ur question , yes with this score u can compete with high competitive fellowships,,,example cvs, git !
