Some helpful tips when practicing the interviews:

- Have a list of common questions that you are most likely to get asked. Things like:
1. Tell us about yourself?
2. Why should we hire/choose you when we have all these other candidates?
3. What do you want to train here?
4. Why do you want to pursue IM/FM/Psych etc?
- Record your practice and replay it to hear it out loud. Notice any areas of improvement?
- Were you too robotic sounding or did you sound natural?
- Did you use good intonation like the native speakers?
- Did you use good vocabulary in your conversation?
- Did you give too brief answers?
- Have some questions ready to ask when you will inevitably be asked "so do you have any questions for us?"

There's lot more that goes into an effective interview practice but these should get you started for now. Wish you the best in your interviews.
